Procedure

Grading System
At GU we follow out of 4.00 GPA grading system. The student receives GPA grades according to his/her results in registered courses.
Procedure
- A student must maintain a GPA of 2.0 or above to avoid probation.
- A student will be put under probation if his/her GPA drops below 2.0.
- If a student continues to have a GPA below 2.0 for one-year, then he/she could face dismissal from the university.
A student could apply for a semester-leave to avoid enrolment cancelation. This leave could be extended for up to three semesters maximum.
